Welcome to Erica’s Edibles! After seeing so many amazing food blogs I have decided to try one for myself.
I can remember way back when I was very young helping my Mom in the kitchen. I always like to help her make muffins, cakes, and cookies (mostly because she would let me lick the beaters!). Back then recipes were mostly from boxes, but I still thought they were delicious. Those fond memories of helping Mom in the kitchen have inspired me to make my own creations.
I look forward to filling these pages with delicious desserts and treats as well as the odd food creation. I am by no means a professional but I put my heart in it and rarely do I hear a complaint when dessert is served.
