This New Years we were spoiled by my Mom, she made us all an amazing seafood feast that was way better than anything a restaurant could offer.
The evening started out with Shrimp Tempura
These were very good, nice and crispy yet very tender, done to perfection!
Next we had Shrimp/Scallop Gratin. Mom and I do not like scallops so ours were just shrimp, but the guys had half shrimp half scallops.

Next was the grand finally! Lobster tails and Crab legs

It was an amazing dinner! She totally outdid herself!
